After staying at the same job for two months, I must say I'm still at the stage where we learn new stuff everyday. But well, I'm thinking that things are starting to get stable. Is it good? Maybe.
As we grow used to see the same obstacles, we immediately know how to jump past them, but on the other hand, it makes us shortsighted and unready in case something unexpected happens. Does it make any sense? For me it really doesn't, but what I really want to say is that unfortunately, I found out I work better when not following strict guidelines.
